Elite Squad (Tropa de elite) MOVIE REVIEW

I gotta say, this was by far the best Movie I have seen this whole year; and it wasn't even made in 2014. The story, the characters, the realness of Brazil's corrupt system made Elite Squad (Tropa de elite) a timeless classic. I think it is much more thorough and better than City of God. It made me really escape into the film, and forget everything else for the remainder of the movie. And that sort of thing doesn't happen to me very often. and I hate to admit it, but I watched the sequel first not too long ago.

I don't usually give 5 stars easily to any film, but this one deserves it. 5/5 stars. Hands down my favorite movie about life in favelas in Brazil, and all the politics that go down there.

Why avast is the WORST anti-virus app I ever used

So mom is having real big problems with her PC. I took out her HDD, and scanned it with 2 anti-viruses. it found 17 viruses, and Trojans in total. Now, I got a co-worker that was hyping this avast SHIT. he were swearing it is the BEST anti-virus he ever used.

so, I wake up, mind you I gotta leave in 20 minutes and don't have time dealing with stupid problems of some random app I installed, and this avast won't even let me scan a specific drive. I will be late because of this. So, I google "how to scan a selected drive in avast"

I just installed avast for first time. it is 5/24/14, and it does the same exact thing. I am already disliking this app big time. I specifically chose to scan drive D, yet when I click scan it scans drives C. WTF!?!!!?? how hard is it to fix this bug? I don't want my C drive scanned!!!!!! Plus, it is complicated as hell to do a custom scan. I really don't like this avast. after all the people recommending it and it can't do a SIMPLE task? my god...




then I google searched "how to scan a specific drive in avast", and came across a topic "can't specify harddrives to scan", but when I click it, it tells me

Let's look at Microsoft Security Essentials and how easy it is to do a custom drive scan. Not saying it is the best anti-virus out there, but I got Windows 7 and get this app for free. All you do is be in default Home tab, on right side click Custom > Scan Now > Chose drive > OK... THAT'S IT!!!

Now, let's compare it with half assed avast. You have to go to Scan tab, then click settings, then under scan it says "Full system scan", but we want to scan just one drive. So, under Scan All Areas where it says All harddisks, you gotta click the down arrow to expand the menu, and click Browse all the way at bottom. Now, you chose your Drive and click OK. It says D:\. You gotta click OK at bottom. BUT IT STILL SAYS "Full system scan". So you click Start, and it starts scanning all drives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way it works is when you chose "Select folder to scan" instead of "Full system scan". Then click Start, chose your drive, and click OK. Now you got your AMAZING THE BEST ANTI-VIRUS EVER scanning your specific drive. WTF!?!?!?!?!??!?!? WHY IT GOTTA BE SO FUCKING COMPLICATED!?!!??!?! FUCKING DIP SHITS CREATING THIS FUCKING THING. OMG!!!! IT TOOK ME 40 FUCKING MINUTES TO FIGURE THIS OUT.

AVAST SUCKS!!! IT IS A COMPLICATED PIECE OF SHIT!!! FUCK YOU AVAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF IT DOESN'T FIND ANY VIRUSES, I AM UNINSTALLING IT. I SCANNED THE DRIVE ALRADY WITH MSE AND MALWARE BYTES. AND IF AVAST WON'T FIND SHIT, IT IS FUCKING USELESS TO ME!!

Neighboring Sounds (O som ao redor) MOVIE REVIEW

This wasn't that bad, but it was long and sort of boring. I liked the movie because it was Brazil, and for some reason I just wanted to keep watching it. Another reason is because I relate to the story and all the noise I been living around for the last 5 years or so. This movie reminded me of Noise with Tim Robbins, but it wasn't as extreme with people not respecting you and not giving a fuck about their neighbors. It was something unique and different, and I like different.

3/5 stars.

I feel WEAK, Powerless, and Overwhelmed

I am so fucking sick of living here. I just came from the kitchen with an utter disgust. My mom buys me berries, lots of them. She goes to Costco and buys 2 baskets of large blackberries, 2 baskets of raspberries, and 1 of blueberries. I am the ONLY one eating them because she does NOT. By the time I get to the 2nd basket (I ate first one yesterday and the raspberries were at the END of their life), they are filled with mold and BUGS. It is absolutely DISGUSTING! I started picking through raspberries and saw a white bug crawling there eating the berries. Then mold EVERYWHERE! I started saving the good berries that are left, this is my ritual btw and what I do living with my mom like this, and leaving the bad ones in the basket. Then it hit me, WHAT AM I DOING!?!?! THIS IS ROTTEN! I threw that shit in the fucking compost. FUCK THIS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!! I AM SO SICK OF THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!!! my mom spoils me to death, and kills me moment by moment I stay here with here. I have not made a single decision on what I want to eat at home in YEAAAAAAAAAAARS. No wonder people compare me to a serial killer. Jeffrey Dahmer had the same exact upbringing!!!!!!!!!!! I threw away 2 baskets because the blueberries were half spoiled. What does my mom want from me? I told here TIME AND TIME AGAIN, that she does TOO MUCH! but SHE DOESN'T LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way for me to be sane and a healthy man and a healthy human being is to MOVE FAR FAR FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR AWAY from my mom as possible!!!!!!!!!! I have had it with her. I was gonna blog about something totally different today but just being here the last 3 hours was bad enough. No wonder I can't build healthy relationships wit hpeople. I live in a dysfunctional SHIT HOLE, in which I constantly get lectured at how 'non-normal' I am. I am so oooooooo frustrated, words cannot to begin to express my frustration.

I will make plans. But I just want  to smoke some weed now and relax. I'll come back to this blog for the  reminder on what I am trying to do. God help me, I need it so bad. I am actually thinking of going to the Amazon and drinking ayahuasca. I am THAT desperate at changing my situation, and THAT crazy. You have to be crazy ass desperate 'weirdo' to want to do such thing. And I am at that point right now.
