back from the beach, heart hurts

just ran a little, for about 30 seconds, and heart hurts now periodically. i'm a mess.. going on sabbatical from my pc for a week starting to morrow. i really hope i'll be alright.

already backed up my mp3 player with music and playlists, got some books from library/borders, and about to stream the last movie in a while. review is coming up in a few hours, then i'm MIA. but hopefully i'll survive this craziness.

1 week sabatical from using my PC

I just saw a Shaman, and she told me to not use a computer for at least a week to see if it helps me sleep. So, I won't be blogging, checking my e-mail, or even surfing the web/going to youtube. it will be strictly reading, maybe watching a dvd I get from netflix 2 or 3x per week, but outside of that just studying, meditating, and really going deep into all the books I have stacked up on my list to read. Hopefully I will start the first day tomorrow, because today I got some stuff to order from Amazon and upload some music to my mp3 player.

La Femme Nikita, 2012, Food Inc. REVIEWS

La Femme Nikita - I just wrote the review and the blogger accidentally deleted it by auto-saving... FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! What I said was, this movie is solid. But it is old and was released in the 1990s. If you saw it back then, you would've loved it. But it is now outdated, and especially because there is no depth revealed about Nikita. So we do not learn anything about her outside of the whole movie plot. So, 3.5 stars out of 5 because it was good. Something was just missing to make it great.















2012 - Great movie. I really enjoyed it. I guess it's because I just got back into movies, or maybe I really liked this one. I don't know. Whatever reason is, it was very solid and a fun ride. I just think they did not cover ALL of the prophecies and subjects that are about 2012. One of the things they did not cover in this movie was... SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION!!! I will not go into that. If you want to learn about it, go back to my 2012 FROM THE GREATER VANTAGE post and watch the whole playlist. Other then that, 4 out of 5 stars.

my mom's b/f is a fucking ASSHOLE!

3 of us were in family therapy today. so this douch bag started talking about the whole episode of him attacking me. and he kind of mentioned "for that i am sorry". and before we were leaving i was like.. yeah, i gotta q. why it took you so long to apologize? this is 3 weeks after it happened! he's like.. because blah blah blah blah blah blah blahb lah blah.. and it wasnt even a full apology, its a half apology... mannnn FUCK YOU!!!!!!!! YOU ARE SUCH AN ASSHOLE!!!!!!!!!! he didnt even apologize to me (was talking to the shrink) and now he is talking about "its a half apology" arghhhh fucking ass!!! I dont even consider that half apology. more like 1/4th of an apology. the shrink was like "its apology... so why you saying its half? say it like you mean it".. fucking douch.. he was like "its a lesson, that if he does anything to my woman, its nature and i will defend her." fucking ass... the only lesson I learned is that you 1) dont understand wtf is going on, and 2) is an asshole. fucking ASSHOLE!!!! I AM SO FUCKING MAD. i dont think ill ever look at him the same again. ass wipe didnt to this day understand what happened and thinks he is "half" right. idiot!!!!!

Slept 4 hours

I buried all my stones and could not sleep more than 4 hours. This could be due to me getting accustomed to the protective energies of the stones, and now they are gone. Oh well.. I haven't cleansed them in a long time and really needed to bury them. been thinking about it since I moved here.

Now I'll just work with my new stones I purchased a few months ago and didn't even get to!

Salt, Machinist, Knight & Day REVIEWS

Salt - 2 words, bad ass! One of the most action packed movies I've seen in a while. James Bond type of movie. I never guessed any of the plots or surprises that took place. Really, really awesome movie. Good story, good action, good surprises, and good acting. This was the Theatrical Version, and it was the best imo. I also checked the Unrated Extended Cut and it was different, and nowhere near as good. 4.5 out of 5 stars because it was a little slow at the beginning, but picked up REAL quick.
















Machinist - Psychological Thriller. It was a little slow at the beginning, but I was NEVER bored, not even once. It was dark, and gloomy, and had me guessing the entire film. Not once did I guess the plot correctly. At the very end it unfolds, and I loved every minute of this movie. Every story has a root of the insomnia, I could never guessed his until the very end. My poor insomniacs suffering world wide. You should all see this movie. CLASSIC! 5 out of 5 stars.
















Knight & Day - Funny... a kick ass action. I really enjoyed this movie, and the humor in it. This sort of film reminds me why I love watching movies, and miss that experience so much. I'm glad I got back into this. Netflix rules, and so do movies. 5 stars out of 5.

Border closing w/ everything 40% Off

1/3rd of Borders are closing. I got myself a book for $13 that I wanted to get for a while now, and 2 CDs for $6 each. That's cheaper then on Amazon! I feel bad cuz I like Borders, but at least 1 store will still be open in this city.
