last night I was stuck again. it went from me falling back asleep 4 hours after my nap, and then hearing this annoying sound, to hearing people chatter, to seeing this social gathering very clearly. I tried to project there to see what was going on, but... stuck in my body. keep hearing this loud sound and some sort of buzzing sound. I think it was my shield that I visualized before bed spinning around me. it was really nerve wrecking.
I tried rolling out, nothing. getting up, couldn't. then I see this tunnel in my right vision. not going through it but just witnessing it spinning. then see purple clouds. I felt like I could be in this stage forever. but my fear and nerves got enough of this, so I woke self up. couldn't sleep for 10 mins, cuz I had to calm down first. so I jotted this down in my journal. man I am so frustrated being stuck in my OBEs. it's like, I don't know what to do. I guess I need to practice, but I'm tired of all the Astral Noise when I'm stuck. sometimes it get overwhelming.

Meditation and Music helps
I really need to get back into pick-up. I haven't done any approaches in so long, I feel like I lost all my power. I need to keep approaching women. It gives me energy, and makes me feel alive. It's really weird. Approaching women to get with makes me feel confident and amazing as a man.
But anyway, meditation helps to clear the mind. I have been doing it daily for about 2 weeks, and can actually remember my dreams every time I wake up, at least some of them. Even after I stopped smoking weed, I couldn't remember 90% of my dreams anymore. It's like I didn't care. I stopped reading my Seth book, and forgot all about that 2nd life. I also read that people who meditate every day, have Lucid Dreams on the regular basis. I remember back when I was trying to Astral Project, but didn't realize it's a constant work. Working on yourself as a person. Meditation is like food, spiritual food. Just like music

OBEs could be scary
I haven't had an OBE in a good minute, because I haven't tried. And also because I am focusing my attention in THIS world, getting all the things I need to survive and be happy. But last night, I was able to induce one.
Lately, I have been able to take naps regularly, and yesterday was no exception. Then a few hours later when it was time to go to bed, I meditated for about 5 minutes, followed by a numbing of my limbs exercise, and some protection visualizations. Then out of nowhere, I hear something falling to the floor on my right. I was about to get up and check, but then realized it's the vibration stage. So I am laying there stuck, can't move and can't see. Everything is black. I could sort of move my astral arms out, but barely. So I ask my guides to please help me with this. And before I know it, I start seeing my room with someone shining blue light towards the direction of my vision. Then I take a look at the ceiling where my window drapes are, and there is a monkey looking right at me! It scared the crap out of me. This is like if you are sitting there in your room doing something on your computer, you turn your head, and see a monkey! a freaking monkey!!! I mean, it's one thing to see a giant spider, but alive animal?? This isn't the scariest OBE I had, but I really need to get used to them, especially when they are very vivid. I used to think that once I learn how to OBE, I would be flying around everywhere, go to Mars, go to other planets, meet aliens, travel inter-dimensionally. But it's not so easy. Fear always gets in the way. And in order to progress, you must face it head on.
This is why I admire Robert Monroe, and how far he went in his Astral Projections. The man is a LEGEND! I will soon read his 3rd book, if time permits.

Seth, Dreams and Projections of Consciousness - BOOK REVIEW
It's hard for me to review this book after just finishing it, because I have been reading it for almost a year! I started for a while, then put it off. Picked it back up, and put it down again. Just recently, I really pushed myself to finish it. I haven't been reading books lately, and this is the latest one I read.
Starting Seth, Dreams and Projections of Consciousness, really reminded me how much I miss Seth. I really enjoyed Seth Speaks, and remembered how pleasant, comforting, and comprehensive Jane Robert's writing is.
The beginning of the book familiarizes you with Seth, and it gets deeper and deeper. Like many other Out-of-Body Experience / Astral Projection books, this Seth book indicates that you become more psychic as you have more OBEs. You could get insights of people, family members, strangers, etc.. in the OBE states, which you can't get in ordinary life. This has been my experience.
Dreams and Projections of Consciousness isn't a book you read through quickly and easily. This is one of those books that makes you think. I will have to go back and re-read it some day, because many of its ideas and concepts are hard to grasp for the human brain. It is like this part in the last chapter that said something to the likes of; when you have an Out-of-Body Experience, and you go into a really deep multi-dimentional place, as you come back to the physical body, your physical mind is not able to interpret the complex information you were exposed to. It's sort of like people who go deeply into meditation, or drink ayahuasca, and when they come back to this reality, they are not able to explain what they have experienced in words. This book is like that. It really makes you think, and you will find yourself going back and re-reading the same passage multiple times in order to fully grasp its meaning. Here is a good quote:
I got a little bit confused at some point, asking myself "Is this being written by Rob or Jane?" But Seth touches on a lot of subjects in this book like...

All experience is basically simultaneous, as I have told you. The dreaming self is aware of its experience in its entirety. You, obviously, are not. You are hardly familiar with your dream experience and barely aware of its significance. (Ch. 18, Probable Selves; Kindle location 4383 of 5610, 78% finished)
I got a little bit confused at some point, asking myself "Is this being written by Rob or Jane?" But Seth touches on a lot of subjects in this book like...
- The Dream World
- The Boundaries and the Confinements of the Dream World
- Dreams and Health
- How to Remember Your Dreams / Develop Dream Recall
- How to Have Out-of-Body Experiences / Astral Projections
- The Rules of the Physical World vs The Rules of the Dream / Astral World
- Hallucinations vs Astral Projections; How to Distinguish Them and Clear Hallucinations out of the Way
- Probable Realities and Probable Selves
- Thought Forms
- Different Bodies (Dream Body, Astral Body, etc..) Seth Calls these 1st Form, 2nd Form, and 3rd Form
- Astral Projection Stories
and much more.
Seth answered my main question, and the question of many other OBE travelers, "Is it safe to leave your body?"
You are safe as long as you do not meddle. You may explore, and freely, and that is all. (Ch. 20, More on Dream Projections; Kindle location 4820 of 5610, 86% finished)
If you are interested in Out-of-Body Experiences / Astral Projections, if you have lots of questions about it, as well as about the Universe beyond our physical world, this book is a must read! I highly recommend reading this book in a chronological order. It starts out slow, especially if you aren't familiar with Seth, but it gets better, and better, and then it just explodes in an orgasm at the end. The end is the best part where Seth goes into detail about Out-of-Body Experiences / Astral Travel. The last chapter was excellent, and the very last paragraph was poetic and an absolute classic way to end the book. I have never read a book with this good of an ending. 4.5/5 stars. A book MUST HAVE for Out-of-Body travelers and explorers, right next to Far Journeys.

Lucid Dreaming Tea
I ordered the "Guayusa & Coconut" one, since I love coconut. And surprisingly, it tasted awful. Not the Guayusa itself, but the coconut, which was grinded into a powder. I found myself dipping the bottom part of Guayusa in the hot cup, trying my best to leave out the coconut mixing in with the tea.
I drank it every morning, and even before bed, and I don't remember any significant differences of having any sort of Lucid Dreams. I had Lucid Dreams or Out-of-Body Experiences only when I took naps (was doing reality checks every 15-30 minutes). I also googled Guayusa, and didn't seem to find any of its properties being 'inducing a Lucid Dream', or anything like that. Maybe the guy just created the "Lucid Dreaming Tea" name as a business slogan. I don't know.
I got a free sample of "Guayusa & Rooibos", which tasted much better. I wish I would've ordered that initially. Anyway, this herb wasn't anything where it induces dream like trances or even helps you to be more awake in your dream. This was at least my experience. If you tried this tea before and had different outcomes, please share them. Thanks.

False Awakening & OBE
So, just this morning when I woke up, I had my first false awakening. I had a long dream, and then... I wake up. I check my computer, and it says that it's snowing outside. I think WTF!? can't be real. I look outside, and there is Arizona desert like mountains, with snow around them! I do a reality check, and it feels blurry. I realize I am dreaming. Then I woke self up to prove it to myself. But once I did, I regretted it realizing I could have had a LD and went flying somewhere.
Now, I had an OBE a few days ago, in which I was stuck as usual. I normally don't share my OBEs because in 95% of them I seem to be stuck like this. But here it is, word for word from my dream journal on my tablet.
Can't seem to separate no matter what I do. At first, laying in bed repeating 'I will have a lucid dream'. Then I have a feeling like my legs are floating but I'm stuck. I hear 2 men talk in some alien language I never heard before. it was like listening to the radio. I got scared at first when I started thinking about vast emptiness, darkness, and nothingness that stretches across the universe, and how lucky I am to be here on earth where I actually experience colors, shapes, sizes, forms, and most importantly light. Then I calmed self down, visualizing my REBAL.
I keep trying to separate as the 2 men talk, but I'm stuck. I move head side to side, and hear my hair rubbing across the bed head board. Try rolling out. Can't move at all. See room in grey with a little bit of light, as always. See a black object on the top right. Tried seeing what it was but no luck. Eventually, when started thinking about how long more this will last, I could feel it fading. Next time I won't think about end.
