Opera - the best browser

get rid of the parasitic Chrome, with Google collecting your information about every site you visit. get Opera instead, that uses the same Chromium engine. Opera even gives you options of copy text automatically as you select it. No other browser does this. And you could get any extension you can get for Chrome with a special extension that enables this feature. It is my main default browser as of right now. This ad is very well done

sometimes I ask myself that question. so I check out this new inbox by google. there is this annoying ass 'take me to inbox' window button right every time i check my gmail. i finally clicked on it. it looks pretty good but... there is no delete button when I am viewing my emails. WTF!??!?! I HAVE TO CLICK 2 TIMES TO DELETE EACH EMAIL!!! FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!! GOOGLE IS MADE UP OF A BUNCH OF FUCKING IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY TIME THEY COME UP WITH THE STUPIDEST SHIT!!!!! Just got my new Android phone & Learning FCP X

So, I am so excited after receiving a package in mail with my very first Android phone

The phone is...

• Unlocked out the box, so you could use it with multiple carriers
• Inexpensive, because I wanted a no-name brand, something I could root and mess with. So I won't feel bad about it if I mess it up
• has an HD screen that is 5", which is beautiful to look at and big enough to actually read books on. I've been reading Kindle, and enjoying the heck out of it instead of waiting to get home to use my LG tablet. But when I get home, I start browsing the web, and put the reading off. having a piece of crap iPhone with a small screen made me wanna use a magnifying glass.
• 4G internet. no LTE unfortunately, but I don't really surf the web on my phone that much
• 8 megapixel 1080p camera
• Quad-core 1.3 Ghz processor with 1 GB of RAM (it's super fast and responsive)
• microSD expansion slot with up to 32Gigs of space which I purchased for 15 bucks
• the phone even includes 2 SIM card slots, so you could use 2 #s in it if you got a work cell # you must use, along with your person line

and it's basically like Nexus 4 for half the price, brand new! it even comes with a screen protector, AND a plastic case. I just love this thing!

But for some reason, I just can't receive text messages from iPhone users. I've been dealing with this problem for about a week. Long story short, I came across this thread...

the amount of complexities Apple creates just to do something as simple as taking out a SIM card of their phone, and into another, makes my blood boil. No matter what I tried, I JUST CAN'T GET TEXT MESSAGES FROM IPHONE USERS! This is because iPhones use the iMessage system, which thinks my phone is still associated with my number, when it isn't. If you are coming from an iPhone, and switch over to an Android, this may happen to you... if it does, you have to first...

• disable iMessage on your old iPhone
• sign out of iCloud on your phone
• delete your iPhone device from your profile in iCloud
• erase your phone # from Apple's account on their website
• sign out of any iMessage you may be signed into on other computers you may be logged into
• reset the network settings on your old iPhone

• if that fails? put the SIM card back into your iPhone and toggle on/off the iMessage, and shut it off

• if that fails? ask your friends individually with iPhones to sign out of iMessage and THEN message you through SMS system

• if that still fails, call Apple, and have them deactivate your phone in your iCloud profile. they may already tell you "it's already been deactivated. so there is nothing we could do on our part". basically the same step you did earlier when deleting the phone from your profile.

• if that fails, you must reset your iCloud password, which is synced with your phone number tied to your iPhone

• if that fails? well... change your number.

and the funny is, NONE OF THIS WAS TOLD TO ME BY ANY APPLE REPRESENTATIVE. I found all of this from other iPhone users on Apple forums. crazy, isn't it?

I am on the step of resetting my password, because I really don't want to do that. I already re-setted it a month ago, and retarded backwards ass Apple won't let me reset it again because of their STUPID ASS SECURITY RESTRICTIONS CRAP! Omg... I really am losing it here dealing with Apple's shit. I will have to re-set the password on the weekend if I still can't get messages. and sadly, I may have to go ahead and change my number if this last step fails.

So recently, I have been helping my friend who is a fashionista with filming her, and editing videos for her. She needs help putting together make-up tutorials, and take pics of her as she's posing for fashion because she wants to open up her own website and business. so, I started learning Final Cut Pro 10.1.4. It took me about 10 videos of at least 15 minutes each, or more, to learn the very basics of how to keep files, create files, where they are stored, how to delete them, where some files could only be deleted from Finder and NOT within the program itself, etc.. basic stuff... with 10 videos... but then, it's just a very confusing program overall. the amount of frustration I get from looking at this app thinking how do I do something as simple as saving my work I am currently working on, is mind boggling. I have to google the fucking answer for EVERY SIMPLE TASK. Then I came across this blog

anyway, I have been learning FCP X for about a week. it's been very interesting, but without watching youtube videos, I would be totally lost. on top of that, all of it is very confusing and complicated. How do I even save projects? I have to watch a youtube video just to do something as simple as going to File > Save Project As in other editing programs like Sony Vegas Pro, that I could buy for 10x less money. but no!! with Apple, you need to learn from the Pros and pay them big bucks to teach you "the magic tricks and the goodies" that you could learn. no thanks. I'll stick with companies with integrity, and good business ethics instead. And at least companies that don't treat their consumers like shit.

I am taking my business elsewhere, and so should you if you're reading this. and I haven't even gotten into the core stupidity and the horrid business ethics Apple practices. if my memory serves me correctly, Apple was voted as one of the worst companies when it comes to business ethics in 2012.

After coming across that video editing article, I am thinking of trying Adobe Premier Pro. Goodbye to Apple, and their stupid, stubborn, and ass backwards way of just about doing everything they come up with. Let me make something very clear. I HATE Apple! Firstly, because of how arrogant, and how ass backwards the company is. 2nd, because they never listen to their consumers. And 3rd, because I have had horrid experiences with their devices and software (from phones, to iTunes), and would NEVER go out and buy anything new from the company. But when it comes to laptops, Apple is always the winner so far up to this year in 2015. why you ask? Trackpad.

The multi touch makes the track pad 10x better than any PC laptop combined with a tablet because... well... it's a tablet & laptop in one! No, it doesn't have touchscreen, but you don't actually need it when you have multi-touch trackpad. you could type 80+ wpm and use it as a tablet all at the same time just using the trackpad. From 2 finger scroll, to 2 finger web browsing, to 4 finger multi-desktop switching, to 3 finger dragging. This multi-touch trackpad makes it incredibly easy, and intuitive using Mac laptops.

I never purchased any Macbook so far, because I have always had one give to me by my company at work. But if I ever need a personal laptop, I will go out and buy a used Air or a MBP because of how easy, effortless, and stress free the trackpad is integrated with the OS X. Microsoft needs to step their game up when it comes to laptops, because they are losing badly against Apple. from the horrible colors in Windows 8, to the horrible OS itself, to the lack of multi-touch track pad in any of their laptops, regarding which company makes the hardware. As much as I hate to admit it, considering how much I dislike the company, Apple wins every time.

I came across this article, which I agree with wholeheartedly. And this is coming from someone who is an Apple hater, for a good reason. Once you try any Macbook laptop that is made post 2008, you would NEVER want to even THINK about using a PC laptop ever again; until Microsoft creates their own hardware integrated with their software, of course. Until that day comes, Apple laptops will always be superior.

why iPhone, along with iTunes, is a piece of shit!

I am DONE with iPhone, and all its BULLSHIT! Before I even go into this, I wanna say that the ONLY thing I like about Apple, is their laptops. if I was never introduced to them, and their OSX with my last job, I would literally not give a flying FUCK about ANY apple product. But I can see how some people hate apple with passion.

I had this iPhone for a few years, and at first I was excited since it was my first smartphone, as well as getting it for free with my internship. But then the more I used it, the more limitations I've noticed. The last thing that really set me off is iTunes.

iTunes sucks! it SUUUUUUUUCKS! it sucks so bad, I would rather not put any new music on my phone as of right now, then to use this useless piece of SHIT! Let me explain.

so I had a MacBook Pro given to me at this current job I am at. it is a 2010 model, so it died on me right away, then I used another one for about a month and a half. I had iTunes on it, and I synced a whole bunch of mp3s that I had bought. then the same thing happened to my replacement Macbook, it died. So, my company supplied me with my 3rd Macbook, same model.

Now I am browsing Robert Monroe site and found a bunch of free mp3s I really wanted to listen to, https://www.monroeinstitute.org/free-audio-downloads So I downloaded 2 of them, and wanted to put them on my iPhone. But guess what? all my iTunes shit is gone since it was on my 2nd Mac. And you can't just put one mp3 file on your iPhone if your current computer's iTunes isn't "synced" with it.  So, now my only option would be to ERASE ALL MY DATA ON MY PHONE, IN ORDER TO PUT 1 MP3 FILE ON IT!!! WTF!?!????!?!?! in other words, I would just have that one mp3 on my iPhone and nothing else. FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now the ONLY way to get all my mp3s that are ALREADY on my phone AND the 2 mp3s I downloaded on this iPhone, would be to get all my mp3 files from my hard drive that I need to hook up to my mom's desktop by opening that fucker up, copy them over to a USB stick, then copy them over to my Mac, and then re-sync it with these files as well as with my new mp3s. no thank you. WHY CAN'T I JUST AD 1 OR 2 FILES!?!?!?! WHY DO I GOTTA GO THROUGH THIS BULLSHIT JUST TO AD A FREAKING FILE!?!?!?!? WHY!?!?!!??!??! FUCK APPLE!!!

iTunes has got to be the most dumbest and retarded player I have EVER used. why can't I just plug my iPhone in, open up my Finder or Windows Explorer, and drag and drop? that's how Android works. that's all you literally have to do, and then you could play your music, watch your movie, or see your picture INSTANTLY! no opening up iTunes, no waiting for your device to pop up, no browsing and finding your file within the player, no syncing, no "this file isn't supported" and you the player must convert that shit that takes extra time, just drag and drop.

and what happens to a file that you synced? it has to remain in the same folder. if you move it, then the STUPID iTunes will say something like "could not sync the file so and so, because it could not be located". so whenever you Sync again, the file(s) that you moved to a different location, would be removed from your device. Apple is so fucking stupid, it really shocks me how many fanboys they have, and how much they defend this fuckery.

I am looking to get either an LG phone or HTC One. FUCK IPHONE!! FUCK IPAD, AND IPOD TOO. they too require the use of iTunes. Apple is ALWAYS behind in technology, I am really confused at how naive their stans are. just look at this shit. PATHETIC!!!
